香港进修移民计划是指非本地毕业生留港/回港就业安排，是政府鼓励境外学生赴港留学并留港工作而制定的移民政策。
通过就读香港合资格院校，申请人在港毕业之后，无条件申请IANG签证(非本地毕业生留港/回港就业安排)，且满足7年通常性居住的要求，即可申请中国香港永久居民身份。另外，子女及配偶在港亦可免费享受高质教育及社会福利。
